David Butcher

David is a partner in the technology sector team, based in London with over 15 years experience.  He leads BDO’s focus on the blockchain and crypto space.  

David has wide experience working with both rapidly growing and large international and domestic groups reporting under US GAAP, IFRS and UK GAAP.  He works with his clients to develop strong collaborative relationships while providing commercial insights and practical advice.  During his BDO career, David has been on secondment to BDO’s Washington DC office.  He visits the US regularly, working with Anglo-US clients and supporting BDO’s UK and US relationship. David’s clients comprise predominantly of public and PE Backed businesses.
