The 17+1 plenary session on blockchain technology 10 October 2019
The 17+1 plenary session will be thematically focused on blockchain technology, it is organized with the aim to fulfil the commitment resulting from the Dubrovnik Guidelines, under which the participants will jointly explore the possibilities of establishing a China-CEEC Blockchain Center of Excellence under the leadership of Slovakia with interested partners.

- Best practices of use of DLT/blockchain in the participating countries
- How to cooperate in the 17+1 format

The 17+1 plenary session will be opened by His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister of the Slovak Republic Mr. Richard Raši.
